Our Shipping Information
First off we pride ourselves on getting your purchase out our door as quickly as possible. All stock is on hand here in New Zealand (except items on Pre-Order or otherwise stated). On working days if you order in the morning we will get your order out the same day. If it's a bit later in the day we will send out first thing the next working day.

New Zealand Shipping
$5 Flat Rate
A tiny $5 Flat rate shipping for all orders.Urban Areas
All Urban deliveries (as set out by the courier companies) will be delivered via tracked courier or tracked post. Under normal circumstances, this takes 1-2 days.
You will be sent an email with the tracking number.
All Rural deliveries are sent via NZ Post or Pass The Parcel. This can take up to 5 working days.
If possible please provide an Urban delivery address (if you live in a rural area it is better if you can provide an alternative address - work, friends, family - for the delivery of your order).
Options for Standard international post shipping (non-tracked, 3-10 days delivery timeframe) and International Courier shipping (tracked, 2-6 days delivery timeframe).
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is based on package weight.
Other International Shipping
We are sorry. Currently, we are only shipping our awesome items to New Zealand and Australian customers only.
We hope to provide a service to the rest of the world in the future.
The Gift and Gadget Guys want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund (excluding shipping).
You can return items for up to 7 days from the date you receive it for any reason (changed your mind, ordered wrong size/colour/item etc.).
Terms for returning non-faulty items:
- Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it, unopened (if the item is sealed/shrink wrapped) and in the original box or packaging.
- The cost of returning the item (if the item is not faulty) is at the buyer's expense.
Please notify via email within 7 days if you are wanting to return your purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned under any circumstances.
- Perishable goods such as food
- Products that are intimate or items that can be "used up" (e.g. makeup)
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee where the customer has made a mistake or changed their mind and the item is not damaged or faulty.
Faulty Goods - Refunds and Replacements
If your item is defective or faulty in any way please contact us immediately so we can arrange the return of your item and a replacement or refund as deemed necessary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed.
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled (and we are pretty quick!)
Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) may be applied for the cancellation.
We pride ourselves on shipping out items quickly. So if you change your mind let us know ASAP.
Our final point is we really want to hear from you if something is not right. We are consumers too and understand buying online. We would rather you talk to us and give us a chance to sort out any issues.
