Well, we are located right here in the wonderful World Wide Web so you can find us and all our great products without having to walk, cycle, drive, or fly to get to us. Not quite what you wanted to know? Well office we work out of is located on the North Shore in Auckland. But as we don't run a physical bricks and mortar store (not yet at least) we don't have a physical address for you to come and see us and our range of exciting products (and for this we are a bit sad).
It's a hard question to answer without bragging about how great we are, and how great our products are. Oh....to late.
It's also hard to really get our personalities, enthusiasm, and commitment across to our customers via the written word.
Suffice to say we have done all we can to provide you with great quality products, great prices, and a secure private site to purchase through. We are continually looking for new products and ways to improve our website and customer service.
We currently have 2 ways you can pay for your orders with us.
First is PayPal. With PayPal you can use your credit card to pay for your goods. You don't need an account with PayPal to use it. You can set up an account if you wish (and if you purchase a lot online you may already have one), but it is not necessary. You can choose to pay with your debit or credit card without an account.
If using your credit card online is not your thing we also allow banking deposits. This of course can be a little slower as we have to wait until the bank clears your deposit.
If you are in an Urban delivery area in New Zealand you should receive your order 1-2 days from it being sent from us (and remember we are pretty quick aat sending parcels out - we usually ship same day or next working day!).
If you are in a Rural delivery area within New Zealand it can take an extra 2-3 days to find it's way into the rural delivery driver's hands and get to you.
If you are in Australia it can anywhere from 3-10 days depending on the shipping option you choose.
All of the above is, of course, that there are no unforeseen hold ups and the courier type people are performing to the expected standard.
Once we send your order out you should receive an email from our system with tracking details.
If you have just received your email and it is not showing in the system yet, then it is likely because it is still waiting to be picked up by our wonderful courier. Just give it another couple of hours and you can check again.
If it is still not showing up by the end of the day - let us know and we'll check up on it (it may have missed getting scanned or the system has had a minor glitch).
For most Urban deliveries in New Zealand we use Now Couriers in Auckland who are part of the Freightways Group (Post Haste, NZ Couriers, Castle Parcels, Pass the Parcel and more). This makes them a big group to deliver a great service NZ Wide. So your item is most likely to get delivered by NZ Couriers or Post Haste outside of Auckland, or Now Couriers in Auckland.
For Rural deliveries we are using Pass the Parcel. They don't charge extra for rural deliveries like other couriers and NZ Post and the item is still traceable and gets delivered in good time.
We use the international postage system with the choice of international post (non-tracked) or international courier (tracked and quicker)
We hate a damaged or faulty item as much as you do. We get visibly upset when we hear of an item being received that has a fault, or has got damaged in transit.
However we all need to understand things happen, and sometimes the quality control at the factories can have hiccups.
If you have an item you believe is defective or has been damaged please contact us ASAP via email so we can sort it out for you. If feasible take a photo of the damage or fault (if visible) so we can check it out.
We will then sort out what to do from there and let you know.
The decisions to whether we exchange it for a replacement or provide you a full refund will depend on the stock levels on that item.
If we can, and you still want the item we will get it exchanged for you. However if we are out of stock, then we will have to organise a full refund and let you know when it is back in stock so you can purchase again if you wish.
